Initial Consultation - We allow 2 hours for an initial design and concept meeting completely free of charge
and under no obligation whatsoever. (This is a free service to our new clients)
After the design
and concept has been decided, we will design a layout page and load it to our
development server for you to peruse and make comments. This will be free of charge and "online" for 48 hours.
We will require some information
(only item (i) below) before we can proceed with your web page example.
(i)
The number of information pages required. (Minimum suggested number is 8 pages)
NB - Industry standards suggest the following minimum number of pages for
a successful web site .....
Home page,
about page, site map, services page, contact page, photograph gallery and a
links pages.
Once the design is accepted by you, we will require
the information below before we commence construction.
(ii The total number of information, specialized and photographic pages required for
the site.
(iii) Images to be used - If you own images, icons, panels and photographs, we will require copies of them.
These must be copyright-free and you will need
to send them to us before we commence construction.
During
the construction process, we will contact you regarding the following ...
(iv) Domain name (If you do not have one, we can arrange for a suitable domain name to be available.)
(v) Web hosting service (If you require a hosting service, we have facilities available at very good rates.)
Depending on the size of your web site, it may be up
and running within 48 hours of your order. (8 -10 pages)
Remember, because we have the templates, more pages can be added at your request
in the future.
